Hello my name is Alex, I work as a Stock Controller in the commercial department (front of house) for Birmingham Hippodrome, this includes ordering & managing stock for the building such as Ice Cream Tubs, Confectionary and Alcohol to name just a few, overseeing our live stock system & managing consumption on press nights and large gala dinners on our main stage (no two days are ever the same).
