Hello my name is Anna of @BanAnnaSews and during normal times I am a freelance Stage Manager based in Ipswich.
During the first lockdown my mum and I started making PPE for the local For the Love of Scrubs charity. When mask wearing became popular we started making masks for our friends and family for donations and so far we have donated £800 to Macmillan Cancer Charity.
After all of this we developed a love for sewing and decided to start up an Etsy shop continuing to sell masks with 50% of profits going to Macmillan and also got creative with bunting, zipper pouches, storage bags and more!
