Hello, I’m Charlotte – the creative mind behind Calico Collective. I graduated as a Theatre Designer from Nottingham Trent University in 2019 and have worked in a variety of roles since. Pre COVID 19 lockdown, I was working as a freelance Theatre Facilitator with a Learning & Engagement programme called Stage Directions at The Lowry, Manchester.
Since February this year, I have been using Calico Collective as my creative outlet and thoroughly enjoying learning new skills and developing upon old ones! My work consists mostly of consciously crafted, small batch homeware and jewellery – specifically using lino printing, jesmonite & polymer clay to produce budget friendly, statement pieces.
With Calico Collective, I sell online on Etsy, as well as more recently at a range of local Makers Markets & Craft Markets.
