Hi, I'm Soph! I run Lost Bear Bakery; a South East London based baking business selling made to order treats. I was working as a Stage Manager in London until, like so many, I lost all of my theatre work. I've worked across the UK and Europe, working on a variety of productions from Operas at Glyndebourne, Immersive Westerns in Vienna, to Educational and Community Projects across London. Throughout my career I was always bringing baked goods to work so it felt like the perfect path to take. Lost Bear Bakery creates a bespoke selection of baked goods, using my own recipes, the finest ingredients. From decadent pralines to mouth-watering brownies and cookies, all of my bakes are inspired by my adventures, and a love for all things sweet! The brownies are available as Individual flavour boxes OR in a mixed box of 6 or 12. We've now got gluten free options for most of our products too! We ship nationwide and with new flavours being released regularly, you never know what you might find.
