Hello, I'm Lucy, a Head/Deputy Head of Wardrobe for musical theatre tours, in the UK, Europe and beyond. Most recently I was Deputy on RSC's Matilda the Musical UK tour, and Head of Wardrobe on Cats before that, lots and lots of Cats! I started Made by Lucy Howson last year after sewing myself some re-useable washing-up sponges to cut down on kitchen waste, and thought others might like them too! Since then I have been busy sewing and selling more homewares and gained the unofficial title of "the doorstop lady"! I mostly use fabrics by the pottery designer Emma Bridgewater, and by Cath Kidston as I am an avid collector of both myself, but I have plenty of others in stock too. I sell doorstops in various shapes; cushions; kitchen/bathroom sponges; bunting; and outdoor furniture cushions; and new products are added all the time.
