Hi, I'm Ella, Co-owner of @blueboroughbakes alongside my Flatmate and Childhood Friend Nabila. I am a freelance Stage Manager in London. When the world was normal, I loved working at Young Vic and the Royal Court, where I worked on my favourite shows to date 'Yerma' and 'Seven Methods of Killing Kylie Jenner'. When Covid-19 hit, I was ASM/Book Cover on Leopoldstadt at the Wyndhams. During lockdown Nabila taught me how to bake and we spent each week experimenting with recipes. And so was born @blueboroughbakes ! We launched at the end of July and since then have expanded our range of cookies and cheesecakes to include: Triple Choc Cookies
