Hi I’m Alex, the founder of The Limelight Candle Co. I initially started this little business as a project for a friends wedding and it quickly became something I really enjoyed doing as a hobby, as well as being something to fill all the spare time I suddenly had! All the candles I make are made to order so each one is unique to you, 100% recyclable and 100% vegan / sustainable.
A bit about me: I used to be the chargehand electrician at the Prince of Wales theatre currently with The Book of Mormon waiting in the wings to be given the GO cue. Before that I used to be the dayman at the Lyric Theatre in the time of Thriller Live!. Although relatively new to the west end compared to many, I’ve quickly found what gives the west end its buzz - the people. I’ve never felt more welcome in an industry than I have in this one and can’t wait to get back like everyone else.
